ACCOMPLISHED PROJECTS
Hall Ceiling, Wall Partitions & Electrical Rehab
The rehabilitation project included extensive refurbishments and installations on the ground and 2nd floors. This involved removing the old ceiling, frames, and gypsum and glass partitions, followed by installing an 18mm fire-rated gypsum ceiling with an aluminum frame.
Three types of Juton paint were applied to the ceilings and walls. The ground floor saw the removal of outdated glass doors and the installation of new glass partition walls and doors, along with the removal of two wooden doors.
Upgrades on the 2nd floor hall included a wooden bench with fabric, a wooden backdrop panel, a wooden stage, and a podium. Wood veneer finish wall cladding was also installed. Mechanical works included A/C ducting, and electrical works included the installation of electrical floor and wall boxes, lights, and programming light sensors. Graphics were updated, and a smoke detector was installed.
The project transformed the hall into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing space with updated electrical and mechanical systems.
